Sydney Lawns and Gardens has been operating as a landscape construction and maintenance business for over 15 years. In that time we have forged many strong relationships with customers, most of which have been with us for years. As such we prefer to grow the business via word of mouth referrals.
Based in the Eastern suburbs, we have a strong community involvement, supporting both local and international charities.
Sydney Lawns and Gardens has a great team and many strengths, but one thing that sets us apart is our approach to identifying and solving problems. We are very pro-active when it comes to implementing solutions and respond to requests with both speed and intelligence.

Nick Perkin
Director
Nick went into a horticultural science degree straight after school and then moved across to gain a bachelor of teaching (early childhood). Nick worked as a teacher for a number of years and then completed his Landscape Construction certificate. Nick also has a cert III in Irrigation.
Nick started Sydney Lawns and Gardens in 2003 and has grown it into a successful landscape construction and maintenance company. Sydney lawns and Gardens builds exciting landscapes for both existing and new dwellings and has regular maintenance contracts all over the eastern suburbs, upper and lower north shore of Sydney.
Nick has also combined his love of landscaping and teaching to become a respected playground designer/builder for pre-school children. Nick’s designs create ‘natural play spaces’ combining large rocks, lush plantings, timber decking and other natural materials in a safe and stimulating environment.
Phillip Cummins
Landscape designer
Phillip has been designing the most amazing landscapes since 1998 after graduating with a diploma of landscape design in Auckland, New Zealand. His passion for garden design has led him around the world including London, Dubai, Dublin and Cyprus to create incredible residential and commercial projects. His experience covers all aspects of garden design and planning, and ranges from small backyards to luxurious resorts. Phillip has been working in Australia since 2003 sharing his passion for landscape design and his vision to provide the type of service that exceeds every client’s expectations.
David Hooper
Builder, DW Hooper and Associates
David has worked in partnership with Sydney Lawns and Gardens for a number of years on a variety of projects. David has been in the building industry for over 40 years and has run a successful building business for 35 years. David has been involved with and managed a wide range of projects from commercial, industrial to residential work. David has a wealth of experience and operates with the utmost integrity. David is not only a knowledgeable builder but a skilful tradesman too.
Adrian Parasiliti
Team Leader
Adrian has worked with Sydney Lawns and Gardens for many years and is an excellent landscape gardener and team leader. Adrian is tenacious and diligent in his work, and has excellent horticultural knowledge.
Ebony Docker
Team Leader
Ebony is a passionate landscape gardener and a tireless worker. She seeks to improve her already extensive knowledge daily and has a broad range of interests in the horticulture field. Ebony has a great eye for detail and a flair for design.
Henry Tanpanny
Henry’s interest in horticulture has steadily grown over many years and has now blossomed into a promising career. Henry is full of energy and is great to work with.
Will Perkin
Will has recently joined the team and is proving to be a valuable asset to the organisation. He is an enthusiastic worker, fast learner and has great initiative. His interest and passion for horticulture continues to be developed as he becomes a key member of the team
